PAYMENT
Our top priority is ensuring all children and young adults have access to recreational and leisure programs. If there are concerns with registration fees, please contact our staff as soon as possible to discuss some of our financial assistance options.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Most days we will be working with messy materials such as flour, food coloring, and other ingredients. Participants should come wearing clothing that they do not mind getting messy. Participants may also bring their own water bottles if desired.

PARK & ENTER
Enter through the driveway to the right of the front of the hospital. Follow the driveway immediately to the left to park near the East Wing Security Entrance/Ambulance Entrance. Park and come inside for drop off. Class will be held in the Community Recreation Kitchen.

WHERE TO WATCH
This is a drop-off program; parents/guardians are able to wait in the hall, the lounge, or their cars if desired. If your child requires emergency medications, a caregiver is required to remain onsite at all times; staff do not administer medications under any circumstances.

WHAT IF WE MISS CLASS
Registration refunds are available up to 1 week before the start of each session. After this, any cancellations will result in a credit to your account, which can be used for future registration.
In the event that a class is cancelled by hospital staff, you will be notified by phone and/or email and you will be provided with a credit or a rescheduled class.

PHOTOS
You are welcome to take pictures of your child during classes. Please be mindful to take photos of your child only & ask permission to take photos of other participants.
