Caitlyn Foelsch, CTRS, MHA, CHM

 
Manager of Community Programs 
 

Caitlyn has been lucky enough to work at Children’s since 2012 as a Recreational Therapist. She attended Kean University for her Bachelor’s in Recreation Administration-Therapeutic Recreation and also received her Master’s in Health Administration from Kean in 2016. She has been a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) since 2012 and has been with Activity Connection since 2018. While Caitlyn loves to join all of our programs, her favorite one to lead is adaptive aquatics.

Elizabeth Trembley, CTRS

   
Community Programs Coordinator
 
Liz joined the Activity Connection team is 2019. She completed her degree at the University of New Hampshire, with a Bachelors Therapeutic Recreation and a Minor in Psychology. Liz also held her Lifeguard Certification for the last five years. 
 
Life Goal: Visit all the National Parks!

Brielle Mowad


Community Programs Coordinator
 
Brielle joined the Activity Connection team in 2025. She received her AA in Psychology from Ocean County College in 2020, and received her BA in Forensic Psychology in 2023. She began working at the RWJBH Field of Dreams in the summer of 2022, and quickly fell in love with her work. Since then, Brielle has learned a lot about Community Programs, and providing fun, accessible, and inclusive activities for everyone of all ages. When she's not working, Brielle loves to read, listen to music, and always has a countdown to Halloween!
 
 
Fun Fact: I go to at least 3 concerts a year, and have been doing so since I was in middle school! My favorite concerts I have been to were seeing Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters on the Asbury Park beach, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Syracuse, NY.

Lorianne Megill, CTRS

 
Community Recreational Therapist
 
Lorianne received her AA in Psychology from Brookdale Community College; BA in Psychology from Ramapo College, and a BA in Recreation Administration: Therapeutic Recreation from Kean University. She became a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in 2018. Lorianne is always looking to learn new things, and think outside the box!  She enjoys running, arts & crafts, hiking, reading, working with tools, puzzles and games.     
 
Life Goal: I would love to road trip across country, and also travel to Canada, London and Scotland to name a few.

Keira Mangam

 
Community Recreation Assistant
 
Keira joined the Activity Connection team in 2023. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Penn State University with minors in Rehabilitation & Human Services and Human Development & Family Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in School Counseling at Kean University! Keira's favorite program to help out in is STEM class!  
 

Fun fact: I love to travel! Some of my favorite trips have been to Costa Rica, London, and France! :)

Laura Caligiuri, CTRS

 
Lightning Wheels Head Coach & Community Recreational Therapist 
 
Laura joined the Activity Connection team in 2021 as a Per Diem Recreation Therapist, and in September 2022 took on the role of Head Coach for the Children’s Lightning Wheels Team. Laura received her Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Ithaca College in 2010, and has been a CTRS since 2011.  Laura has worked in a variety of settings, including: Pediatric and Geriatric Long Term Care,  Afterschool programs for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation (Stroke, TBI & SCI), Community integration programs for individuals with disabilities, and is proud to be a current member of the CSH team. 
 
Fun Fact: I have lived in 4 different countries, and 6 different states!
