PAYMENT
Our top priority is ensuring all children and young adults have access to recreational and leisure programs. If there are concerns with registration fees, please contact our staff as soon as possible to discuss some of our financial assistance options.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING
Comfortable clothing-activities may take place seated at a table, standing, moving around, jumping, crawling, etc. Please do not wear clothes you do not wish to get dirty during some art/sensory activities. Face masks/coverings are not required.

PARK & ENTER
Park & enter at the East Entrance/Ambulance (driveway entrance to the right when looking at the front of the building). Drive straight to the parking lot and enter on side through the double doors in front of the Security desk. Group is located on the top floor - Make your way down the hall from the left of Security, turn left at the pool and either take the elevator or stairs to the top floor. The Auditorium is directly across from the elevator and stairs.

WHAT IF WE MISS CLASS
Registration refunds are available up to 1 week before the start of each session. After this, any cancellations will result in a credit to your account, which can be used for future registration.
In the event that a class is cancelled by hospital staff, you will be notified by phone and/or email and you will be provided with a credit or a rescheduled class.

PHOTOS
You are welcome to take pictures of your child during classes. Please be mindful to take photos of your child only and ask permission to take photos of other participants.
